Zones: drawing your lawn

Your lawn as zones: front, back, side, each with its area.

Draw a zone

On the lawn plan, tap each corner of the zone on the photo. House, Driveway and Bed draw what is not grass inside the zone; their area is taken out. Next zone saves this one and starts the next. A zone has a Name: Front yard, Back yard, Side yard or your own.

Other ways

• Type a zone's area: when you know it already.
• Walk the edge (GPS), in the menu of the lawn plan: when the edge is under trees. The GPS area shows its margin as a ± figure.
• Saved drawings: a lawn you drew before.

Your saved zones

Tap the plan on My lawn to edit it. A saved drawing shows under the new one, and a point placed next to one of its corners snaps onto it. From the lawn plan's menu, Share as image or make a PDF report of the lawn drawn to scale.
